fastlane rc from toys r us carrys them now for about 35.00 usd. I just bought one and they are awesome especially if you remove the landing gear as it kinda slows down manuverability. also they only take about 20 minutes of charge time with at minimum 10 minutes of flight. Good for indoor in a big space or outdoor on a fairly windless day as they are really light and get blown away easily. The toys r us model is good for beginner or advanced as it has two modes of flight operation.
